These Terms of Service outline the rules for using Mighty Sam’s Tattoos website and services, including tattoo work and professional tattoo training in Calgary, AB.
Services Offered
Mighty Sam’s Tattoos provides custom tattooing, piercing, and tattoo-training programs. All services are performed by qualified artists following Alberta Health Services regulations.
Booking and Payment
A deposit confirms your appointment or course spot. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice. Full payment is due before service completion.
Health and Safety
Clients must be 18 years or older and disclose relevant health information. We maintain strict sterilization, single-use equipment, and professional hygiene standards.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, photos, and course materials remain the property of Mighty Sam’s Tattoos. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for allergic reactions, healing outcomes, or complications resulting from failure to follow provided aftercare instructions.
